The posting

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens deze stage werk je actief mee in de ontwerpfase van nieuwe installaties die zorgen voor de stroomvoorziening van het spoor binnen een project van VolkerRail, dé spooraannemer van Nederland, die gespecialiseerd is in het aanleggen en onderhouden van spoorinfrastructuur. Je krijgt de kans om direct werkervaring op te doen in een team met verschillende specialisten.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het opstellen van technische tekeningen en berekeningen;
  • Het onderbouwen en beschrijven van ontwerpkeuzes;
  • Het uitvoeren van opnames op locatie;
  • Het meedenken over technische oplossingen binnen energievoorzieningsinstallaties;
  • Het ondersteunen van ontwerpers en engineers binnen het projectteam.

Je werkt voornamelijk met installaties en systemen binnen de energievoorziening van de Railinfra.

De stage heeft het karakter van een meeloopstage. Er is geen vaste afstudeeropdracht of probleemstelling vastgesteld. Wanneer jouw opleiding vraagt om een concrete opdracht of onderzoek, kijken we graag samen met jou naar een passende invulling.

Jouw team

Je standplaats is ons kantoor in Diemen. Je komt terecht in een groot en divers projectteam waarin ontwerpers, contractmanagers, projectbeheersers, projectmanagers en controllers nauw samenwerken.

Je krijgt goede begeleiding vanuit het team en ook gerichte begeleiding door een collega of de ontwerpleider, afhankelijk van je opleiding en opdracht.

Er is plek voor twee stagiairs binnen het team. Het is dus ook mogelijk om samen met jouw schoolbuddy of studiegenoot stage te lopen en gezamenlijk ervaring op te doen binnen het project.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een leerzame stage binnen de wereld van Railinfra en energievoorziening;
  • Een stagevergoeding van €650 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Bij een deeltijdstage wordt de vergoeding naar rato aangepast;
  • Je krijgt veel ruimte om mee te werken aan een uitdagend project binnen de ontwikkeling van het spoor;
  • Begeleiding door ervaren professionals in een informele en professionele werkomgeving
  • Mogelijkheid om een schoolopdracht of onderzoek uit te voeren;
  • Stageperiode van bij voorkeur een half jaar
  • Mogelijkheid om 3 tot 5 dagen per week mee te draaien
  • Via Jong VolkerRail kun je aansluiten bij leuke en leerzame workshops, events en activiteiten. Deelname is vrijblijvend, dus je kiest zelf waar je aan meedoet.

Wat neem je mee?

Jij bent een nieuwsgierige en hands-on student die graag praktijkervaring wil opdoen binnen de techniek.

Daarnaast:

  • Volg je een technische mbo-opleiding (2e of 3e jaars), bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek, energievoorziening of railtechniek;
  • Ben je leergierig en creatief;
  • Werk je graag samen, maar kun je ook zelfstandig aan de slag;
  • Vind je het leuk om technische vraagstukken praktisch op te lossen;
  • Is een VCA-certificaat handig, maar geen harde eis.
