Wil jij samen met jouw ploeg de mooiste projecten en onderhoud aan het spoor tot een succes maken? Dan zoeken wij jou als Voorman Baan bij VolkerRail!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van spoorstaven, wisseldelen, dwarsliggers en overwegconstructies;
  • Je geeft functioneel en vaktechnisch leiding aan een ploeg monteurs;
  • Je stemt met de werkvoorbereiding het werkpakket af;
  • Je verzorgt de voorbereiding van het werk onder de ploegleden;
  • Je voert je werkzaamheden uit binnen de vooraf vastgestelde planning en bewaakt daarbij ook de voortgang van de ploeg als geheel;
  • Tijdens de werkzaamheden verzorg en coördineer je de onderlinge communicatie binnen de ploeg;
  • Je verzorgt de bijbehorende documentatie;
  • Je beoordeelt de werkplek op veiligheid en neemt passende maatregelen om de veiligheid te garanderen. Je leeft de geldende bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften na bij het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. Hierbij heb je een voorbeeldrol.

Wat vragen wij?

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Een technische opleiding. De opleiding Technische Leider Baan is een pre;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het vakgebied en leidinggevende capaciteiten;
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B(E) en bereid landelijk te reizen;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in onregelmatige diensten.

  • Een salaris van € 3.165,- tot € 4.400,- per maand. Dit wordt op basis van 4 weken 13 keer per jaar uitbetaald;
