Heb je al ervaring als Werkvoorbereider of ben je een technisch talent dat klaar is voor de volgende stap? Voor onze locatie in Zaandam zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Civiel. Wat je gaat doen

Als Werkvoorbereider Civiel ben jij de spil tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering van kleinere tot middelgrote railprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden, materialen, mensen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, zodat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en andere betrokken disciplines. Dankzij jouw overzicht en organisatorische vaardigheden verloopt de voorbereiding soepel en kunnen projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd.

Binnen jouw rol houd je je onder andere bezig met:

• Het coördineren, uitvoeren en bewaken van werkvoorbereidingsactiviteiten voor railprojecten; • Het verzorgen van planningen voor personeel, materieel, materialen en hulpmiddelen; • Het adviseren van projectteams tijdens de voorbereidingsfase van projecten; • Het opstellen en beheren van draaiboeken, werkdocumenten en uitvoeringsplannen; • Het bewaken van de voortgang van werkzaamheden en het signaleren van afwijkingen; • Het opstellen van werkbegrotingen, planningen en projectoverzichten; • Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met interne en externe projectpartners; • Het bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van projecten.

Je standplaats is Zaandam. Naast werken op kantoor behoort hybride werken op termijn tot de mogelijkheden.

Wat je krijgt

Wat wij vragen

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek; • Ervaring als Werkvoorbereider binnen een technische of projectmatige omgeving is een pré; • Een gestructureerde werkwijze en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren; • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken; • Een proactieve instelling en een sterke teamgerichte houding.
