Como será seu dia a dia por aqui

Buscamos uma liderança comercial para impulsionar o crescimento da nossa área de energia. Você vai liderar o time de vendas, definir a estratégia comercial e desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes e parceiros estratégicos. Procuramos alguém com visão de mercado, perfil orientado a resultados e experiência em gestão de pessoas que queira construir soluções de energia e gestão para os nossos clientes. Então, vamos conhecer as principais atividades dessa posição?

  • Desenvolver e executar a estratégia comercial de venda de energia
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o time de vendas: metas individuais, rituais de pipeline, treinamento e avaliação
  • Prospectar e negociar contratos de compra e venda de energia (CCEAL) no atacado e no varejo com clientes com consumo inferior a 5 MW médios
  • Estruturar propostas em conjunto com as áreas de pricing
  • Gerir a carteira ativa, com foco em renovação, expansão de contratos e satisfação do cliente
  • Desenvolver canais e parcerias: consultorias, gestoras de energia, integradores e associações setoriais
  • Manter o CRM atualizado e reportar previsões de vendas e resultados à diretoria
  • Representar a empresa em eventos, feiras e fóruns do setor elétrico

Para esse desafio esperamos que você tenha

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência no setor elétrico brasileiro.
  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento sólido do mercado livre de energia: regras de comercialização da CCEE, tipos de energia (convencional e incentivada), modelagem de contratos e encargos
  • Disponibilidade para viagens

Sua jornada de trabalho será

  • De segunda à sexta das 09h às 18h - 40 horas semanais
  • Estamos localizados no coração da Vila Olímpia em São Paulo/ SP com fácil acesso as principais avenidas e meios de transporte público.
  • Modelo de trabalho: Hibrido
