Volue entwickelt Software für die Energiewirtschaft. Mit dem Volue Time Series Hub verwalten Energieunternehmen große Mengen an Zeitreihendaten, in der Cloud oder bei sich vor Ort. Für unser Support-Team suchen wir Verstärkung, die neben dem Studium praktische Erfahrung in einem internationalen Softwareunternehmen sammeln möchte.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du betreust Anfragen unserer Kund:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
  • Du nimmst Service-Desk-Tickets selbstständig an, analysierst sie, dokumentierst den Fortschritt und bringst sie zu einer Lösung.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen rund um den Volue Time Series Hub, sowohl für unser SaaS-Cloud-System als auch für On-Premise-Lösungen (z. B. Webservices und Docker-Installationen).
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und gibst Feedback und Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen an die Entwicklung weiter.

Dein Profil:

  • Du studierst ein technisches Fach und hast eine hohe Affinität zu IT.
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen und denkst gerne analytisch.
  • Du interessierst dich für Cloud-Lösungen (z. B. Azure, AWS) und Webservices.
  • Idealerweise verstehst du bereits, wie Software entwickelt wird.
  • Du arbeitest gerne agil und kommunizierst offen und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und übernimmst Verantwortung.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
