Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für die Akquisition und den Verkauf von Immobilien zuständig. In Festanstellung mit lukrativem Provisionsmodell.
  • Sie bewerten Immobilien, erarbeiten aussagekräftige Präsentationen, entwickeln optimale Vermarktungsstrategien und führen Besichtigungen durch.
  • Sie übernehmen die Beratung sowie Begleitung Ihrer Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zum After-Sales-Service.
  • Sie sind für die korrekte Netzwerk- sowie Datenbankpflege verantwortlich.
  • Unsere etablierte Marke und unser europaweites Netzwerk verschaffen Ihnen den Zugang zu potenziellen Kunden und hochwertigen Immobilien.

Profil

  • Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Immobilien, besitzen ein gutes regionales Netzwerk und verfügen über ausgeprägte Marktkenntnisse.
  • Sie verfügen über ein außerordentliches Vertriebstalent mit starker Akquise-Fähigkeit, Ausdauer und Zielstrebigkeit.
  • Sie zeichnen sich sowohl durch eine selbstständige als auch teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und verfügen über ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sie haben sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten verbunden mit einem niveauvollen, kultivierten und sicheren Auftreten.
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an der professionellen Beratung von Eigentümern und Interessenten.
