Aufgaben

  • Akquisition und Vermittlung (Verkauf und Vermietung) von Immobilien – fest angestellt und mit einem attraktiven Provisionsmodell.
  • Bewertung von Immobilien, Erstellung professioneller Exposés und überzeugender Präsentationen.
  • Entwicklung zielgerichteter Vermarktungsstrategien sowie Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Führung von Verkaufs- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Persönliche, verbindliche Betreuung Ihrer Kunden – vom Erstkontakt über den Notartermin bis hin zum After-Sales-Service.
  • Pflege und Ausbau Ihres Netzwerks sowie strukturierte Arbeit mit unserem leistungsstarken CRM-System.

Profil

  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Vertriebserfahrung mit – bestenfalls aus der Immobilienbranche.
  • Sie sind akquisestark und motiviert und erkennen digitale Chancen als Erfolgsfaktor.
  • Der Einsatz moderner Technologien begeistert Sie – von der Bewertung über die Präsentation bis zum Kundenkontakt.
  • Sie verfügen über ein souveränes, sympathisches Auftreten sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse anspruchsvoller Eigentümer und Interessenten und beraten empathisch, klar und zielorientiert.
