Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth within the wealth and financial services sector.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with a strong interest in sales, client engagement and wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and client engagement.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and introduce relevant wealth solutions based on their needs.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve individual and business performance targets.
  • Provide professional follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market developments and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Where applicable, support team development and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Local Diploma.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, financial services or client relationship management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
  • Able to build rapport with clients from diverse professional backgrounds.

  • Willingness to complete relevant regulatory examinations and training, where required.

Remuneration Package

  • Monthly allowance, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Quarterly commission based on performance.
