The Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a forthcoming AI-native software platform. This role translates the needs of demanding, highly technical customers into scalable platform capabilities, working directly with engineering and technical leadership to deliver innovative agentic AI solutions from conception through commercialization.

The position is part of the Advanced Technology Group within Voyager's Strategic Growth and Technology Organization. This role is remote, with locations in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, CA, or Seattle, WA.

The Advanced Technology Group is responsible for defining and developing Voyager's future technologies, with a focus on high-impact, high-ROI technology and product research and development. The team develops leap-ahead capabilities in existing technology areas while establishing foundational technologies in new and emerging markets.

In this role, the essential technical and product functions are:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for an AI-native software platform, establishing a clear perspective on the evolution of agentic AI and Voyager's competitive differentiation.
  • Lead customer discovery and co-development efforts with complex, high-value design partners, translating customer workflows, operational challenges, and technical requirements into actionable product priorities.
  • Partner closely with technical leads and engineering teams to define product scope, sequencing, architectural trade-offs, and execution priorities, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Develop clear product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that support efficient engineering execution and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Define the platform's extensibility architecture and developer experience, including APIs, SDKs, integrations, tool and data connectors, and capabilities that enable internal teams, customers, and partners to build on the platform.
  • Establish product success metrics and evaluation strategies for AI agent quality, reliability, safety, latency, performance, and cost.
  • Define product requirements for human-in-the-loop controls, governance, auditability, security, and operational guardrails to support trusted autonomous systems in high-consequence environments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the agentic AI technology landscape, including foundation models, orchestration frameworks, developer platforms, and emerging AI applications, translating competitive intelligence into product positioning and build, partner, or buy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Business Development, and executive leadership to develop product packaging, pricing hypotheses, pilot structures, commercialization strategies, and scalable go-to-market approaches.
  • Establish product instrumentation, adoption metrics, and customer-value measurements to drive rapid, data-informed iteration from prototype through production deployment.
  • Communicate product strategy, technical capabilities, roadmap decisions, and customer value propositions to executive leadership, customers, engineering teams, and strategic partners.
  • Demonstrate hands-on use of AI tools for research, analysis, requirements development, and rapid prototyping to accelerate product discovery and decision-making.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a small, fast-moving team, making informed product and technical trade-offs while maintaining accountability for adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
