El Portfolio Manager Senior lidera la gestión estratégica de los fondos y carteras bajo administración, buscando resultados competitivos y sostenibles ajustados por riesgo. Toma decisiones con criterio fiduciario, cuidando de manera equilibrada los intereses de los clientes y de la compañía, y asegurando integridad, transparencia y cumplimiento en todo el proceso de inversión. Como referente técnico de Asset Management, combina visión de mercado y de negocio, impulsa la evolución de los productos y articula con áreas clave para fortalecer la propuesta de valor y el crecimiento del negocio.

Requisitos

Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Economía, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

Se valorarán posgrados en Finanzas, Mercado de Capitales, Economía o áreas relacionadas, y certificaciones como CFA, CAIA o FRM.

Experiencia y Conocimientos Técnicos

Experiencia sólida en gestión estratégica de portafolios, fondos de inversión o asset management, con responsabilidad directa sobre

resultados.

Conocimiento de mercados financieros locales e internacionales, asset allocation y construcción de portafolios competitivos.

Capacidad para analizar instrumentos, riesgos, escenarios macroeconómicos y oportunidades de inversión con criterio independiente.

Conocimiento sólido de la regulación financiera, deberes fiduciarios, Compliance y metodologías de gestión de riesgos.

Experiencia articulando con áreas comerciales y equipos multidisciplinarios, con comprensión del impacto de las decisiones de

inversión en clientes y resultados del negocio.

Se valorará una trayectoria comprobable liderando equipos, coordinando prioridades y acompañando su desarrollo.

Técnicas: gestión estratégica de fondos, asset allocation, análisis financiero y macroeconómico, evaluación de riesgos, cumplimiento y

análisis competitivo.

Gestión y liderazgo: pensamiento estratégico, visión integral del negocio, criterio para la toma de decisiones, influencia, liderazgo técnico

y colaboración transversal.

Personales: integridad, juicio profesional, foco en el cliente, responsabilidad, comunicación efectiva, proactividad y orientación a

resultados sostenibles.

Idiomas Inglés C1 o superior.
