Principales responsabilidades

* Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera de clientes.

* Generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y ampliar la cartera.

* Realizar visitas y seguimiento periódico de cuentas.

* Comprender las necesidades técnicas y productivas de cada cliente y asesorar sobre los productos más adecuados.

* Detectar oportunidades de desarrollo o adaptación de productos a partir de las necesidades de los clientes.

* Mantener actualizada la información comercial y realizar seguimiento de indicadores.

* Participar en viajes comerciales al interior del país cuando la actividad lo requiera.

Requisitos

  • Técnico/a, Licenciado/a o Ingeniero/a Químico/a, en Alimentos o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comercial B2B, preferentemente en venta técnica, industria, materias primas, ingredientes o productos vinculados al sector alimentario.
  • Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de clientes y/o generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
  • Conocimientos sobre procesos productivos, materias primas o ingredientes de la industria alimentaria.
  • Capacidad para comprender las necesidades técnicas del cliente y traducirlas en oportunidades comerciales.
  • Se valorará experiencia en industria Cosmetica y Limpieza.
  • Perfil dinámico, autónomo, proactivo y con facilidad para generar vínculos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales al interior del país.
  • Registro de conducir vigente y vehículo propio.

Beneficios

Relación de dependencia / Medicina prepaga OSDE.

Sueldo bruto + Comisiones y un paquete de compensación muy completo orientado a cubrir gastos del vehículo.

El esquema es híbrido, luego de los primeros meses sería 1 solo día presencial en las instalaciones de la empresa (parque industrial de Tigre).
