Die Powertron GmbH mit Sitz in Teltow ist seit 1990 auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Hochpräzisions- und Hochleistungswiderständen spezialisiert. Als Teil der VPG (Vishay Precision Group) entwickeln und produzieren wir hochwertige Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen und internationale Kunden. Unsere Produkte kommen unter anderem in der Medizin- und Messtechnik, der Energiewirtschaft sowie in der Luft- und Raumfahrt zum Einsatz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einer Produktionsmitarbeiter / Löter (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektronikfertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Handlöten von Hochpräzisions- und Hochleistungswiderständen
  • Durchführung von 2/4 Pol Messungen im Rahmen des mechanischen und galvanischen Abgleichs
  • Ansetzen und Verarbeiten von Epoxid- und Silikonharzen
  • Aufbringen von Folienchips auf Grundplatten
  • Durchführung präziser manueller Fertigungs- und Montagearbeiten
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsanforderungen im laufenden Produktionsprozess

Requirements

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, Produktion, Montage oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Handlöten sowie ein abgeschlossener Lötkurs sind wünschwert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Fingerfertigkeit und sehr gute Feinmotorik
  • Sorgfältoge, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Bereitschaft, neue Fertigungsprozesse zu erlernen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektronikbereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind für uns Ihre praktische Eignung, Präzision und Lernbereitschaft.
