Deine Aufgaben

Als Fachkraft für Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement bist du bei uns der Impulsgeber für eine moderne und effiziente Arbeitswelt. Du entwickelst digitale Lösungen weiter, optimierst bestehende Prozesse und bringst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen neue Ideen in die Praxis. Dabei verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit einem guten Gespür für Menschen und Prozesse und begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden aktiv auf dem Weg der digitalen Transformation.

  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools und Systeme
  • Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei neuen Prozessen und Standards
  • Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Kennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung an der digitalen Transformationsstrategie des Unternehmens

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Digitalisierungsprojekten und/oder im Lean Management
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. ERP-Systeme, BI-Tools, Workflow-Plattformen und Microsoft 365)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende bei Veränderungen mitzunehmen
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke
