Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektverantwortung & Steuerung: Übernahme von Verantwortung für (IT-) Projekte und -Programme für unsere Kund:innen
  • Anforderungsmanagement & Workshops: Durchführung von Workshops, Erfassen und Dokumentieren von Anforderungen
  • Kommunikation & Vermittlung: Vermittlung zwischen Business, IT und weiteren Fachbereichen, um komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu machen und zu priorisieren
  • Prozessgestaltung & Umsetzung: Realisierung der Kernprozesse unserer Kund:innen gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung & Innovation: Identifikation von Beratungsbedarfen und Entwicklung von Beratungsprodukten

Dein Profil

So passt du gut ins Team:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement: Erfahrungen in der (Teil-)Projektleitung, im Anforderungs- oder Prozessmanagement oder als PMO
  • Beratungshintergrund & Umsetzungsstärke: Hintergrund in der Unternehmensberatung oder Interesse an der Anwendung individueller Fähigkeiten in Kundenprojekten (gerne auch als Quereinsteiger)
  • Strukturierte & proaktive Arbeitsweise: Hands-on-Mentalität mit dem Ziel, Prozesse operativ umzusetzen, Teams zu coachen und Kundenziele zu erreichen
  • Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung mit klassischer, agiler oder hybrider Projektmanagement-Methodik von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen: Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamgeist: Offenheit für neue Themen, Motivation zur aktiven Mitgestaltung interner Prozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS Office: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel und PowerPoint erforderlich; weitere Erfahrungen mit Jira oder ähnlichen Tools wünschenswert
