Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechtliche Beratung & Compliance-Strategie: Du berätst Unternehmen zu regulatorischen Anforderungen, Datenschutz und/ oder Compliance und entwickelst praxisorientierte Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Risikobewertung & Lösungsentwicklung: Du analysierst rechtliche Risiken mit Fokus auf Datenschutz, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeitest Strategien zur Risikominimierung.
  • Projektarbeit & Prozessgestaltung: Du begleitest Projekte bei Kund:innen von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und gestaltest interne Prozesse mit.
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Beratungsprodukten: Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Entwicklung von Beratungsprodukten im Bereich Legal & Compliance mit und unterstützt bei der Prozessfindung einer wachsenden Organisation.

Dein Profil

So passt du gut ins Team:

  • Juristische Qualifikation: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Erstes und/oder Zweites Staatsexamen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (mit Abschluss).
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast bereits in einer Rechtsabteilung im Unternehmen oder in der Beratung gearbeitet und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz- und/ oder Unternehmenscompliance mit (min. 3 Jahre). Gültige Zertifizierungen im Bereich Datenschutz und/ oder Compliance sind wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen: Du kannst komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte verständlich aufbereiten, pragmatische Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen entwickeln und denkst dabei nicht nur daran, regulatorische Anforderungen zu erfüllen, sondern hast auch einen guten Blick für die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge im Unternehmen.
  • Projektarbeit & proaktive Arbeitsweise: Du hast Interesse an Projektarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und Beratungsprodukte, bringst hier deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein, arbeitest selbstständig und hast Freude daran, neue rechtliche Themengebiete zu erschließen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamgeist: Du kannst rechtliche Inhalte verständlich an „Nicht-Jurist:innen“ vermitteln, arbeitest gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team und zeichnest dich durch deine kommunikative Persönlichkeit aus.
  • Flexibilität & Lernbereitschaft: Du bist offen für neue Herausforderungen und möchtest dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
  • MS Office: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel und PowerPoint erforderlich; weitere Erfahrungen mit Jira oder ähnlichen Tools wünschenswert.
