Unser AI-Team entwickelt Lösungen, die bei unseren Kunden produktiv im Einsatz sind: von einzelnen AI-gestützten Prozessen über Conversational-AI-Systeme bis hin zu einer eigenen, souveränen und modularen AI-Plattform für Agentic-AI-Anwendungen. Die Projekte wachsen in Umfang und Komplexität, dafür brauchen wir Verstärkung.

An unseren Standorten in Eschborn bei Frankfurt oder Berlin suchen wir eine erfahrene Entwicklerpersönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für moderne AI-Anwendungen, die unser Team fachlich wie menschlich bereichert.

Du bringst mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz mit, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest Lösungen nicht nur mitgestalten, sondern auch im Kundenkontakt vertreten? Du führst ein Projektteam fachlich und begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum produktiven Betrieb? Dann lass uns sprechen.

Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Du übernimmst die technische und fachliche Leitung anspruchsvoller AI-Projekte – von der Anforderungsanalyse und Architektur über die Umsetzung bis zum produktiven Betrieb.
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst generative AI-Anwendungen und Agentic-AI-/Multi-Agenten-Systeme, unter anderem auf Basis unserer eigenen AI-Plattform, und übersetzt komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen in robuste, skalierbare Lösungen.
  • Du gestaltest Agenten-Architekturen inklusive Orchestrierung, Tool- und Function-Calling, Memory- und Kontextmanagement, Guardrails sowie geeigneter Evaluationsstrategien.
  • Du entwickelst robuste Datenpipelines und integrierst Modelle und Agenten in bestehende IT- und Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Kunden.
  • Du führst Projektteams fachlich, koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Data Scientists, Cloud Architects und Softwareentwickler*innen und stellst die Umsetzung von End-to-End-Lösungen sicher.
  • Du bist zentrale technische Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und präsentierst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich gegenüber technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern.
  • Du evaluierst neue Technologien, Frameworks und Standards, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres AI-Portfolios mit.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen aktiv und unterstützt die fachliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Kolleg*innen.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von AI-/Machine-Learning-Lösungen in Kundenprojekten, idealerweise mit Generativer AI, Agentic AI oder Computer Vision
  • Erfahrung in der technischen oder fachlichen Leitung von Projekten sowie im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und gängigen AI-/ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex)
  • Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs und Agenten-Architekturen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Testing, Evaluation und Guardrails nicht-deterministischer Systeme; Kenntnisse in Multi-Agenten-Orchestrierung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud- und Deployment-Technologien, vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure, sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in Docker, Kubernetes, Datenbanken und API-Entwicklung; Erfahrung mit CI/CD ist wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmethoden sowie im Presales oder in der Angebotserstellung für AI-Projekte ist von Vorteil
