Dann werde Test Manager & QA Automation Consultant bei valantic STI. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickelst du Teststrategien für anspruchsvolle Softwareprojekte, gestaltest moderne QA-Prozesse und treibst Testautomatisierung sowie den Einsatz neuer Technologien aktiv voran.

Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Du verantwortest Testmanagement und Qualitätssicherung in anspruchsvollen Softwareprojekten.
  • Du entwickelst Teststrategien, Testkonzepte und KPIs und steuerst Testaktivitäten über den gesamten Projektverlauf.
  • Du entwickelst und betreibst automatisierte End-to-End-Tests mit Cypress und/oder Playwright und integrierst diese in CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools zur Testfallgenerierung, Testoptimierung und Analyse und evaluierst neue Lösungen für den Praxiseinsatz.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Einführung moderner QA-Prozesse, Testautomatisierung und Shift-Left-Ansätzen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklungsteams und Kunden zusammen und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer QA-Standards aktiv mit.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast ein Studium in einem MINT-Fach oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Softwaretest sowie im Testmanagement oder als QA Lead.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Testmethoden und Testmanagement mit – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine ISTQB-Zertifizierung.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung mit Cypress und/oder Playwright sowie in der Integration in CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Testmanagement-Tools wie Jira Xray, TestRail oder vergleichbaren Lösungen.
  • Du interessierst dich für den Einsatz von KI im Softwaretest und hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit entsprechenden Tools gesammelt.
  • Kenntnisse in API-, Performance- oder Visual Regression Testing sowie Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe) sind ein Plus.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
