Descrição de Cargo (Objetivo)

Atuar na rotina de faturamento e contas a receber da empresa, garantindo a emissão correta e pontual de notas fiscais e faturas, o acompanhamento dos recebimentos e a conciliação dos valores, com precisão, organização e atenção às obrigações fiscais e financeiras.

Atividades Executadas:

  • Emitir notas fiscais, faturas e boletos de acordo com contratos, pedidos e serviços prestados no Protheus;
  • Conferir dados de clientes, valores, impostos e condições de pagamento antes do faturamento;
  • Lançar e controlar os títulos a receber no Protheus;
  • Acompanhar vencimentos e recebimentos, realizando a baixa dos títulos e a conciliação bancária;
  • Monitorar a inadimplência e realizar cobranças junto aos clientes por e-mail e telefone;
  • Emitir segunda via de boletos e notas, e tratar cancelamentos, correções e notas de crédito quando necessário;
  • Elaborar relatórios de faturamento, aging list (títulos a vencer e vencidos) e fluxo de recebimentos;
  • Apoiar o fechamento mensal, enviando informações ao fiscal e à contabilidade;
  • Manter arquivos e documentos de faturamento organizados e atualizados;
  • Atender demandas de clientes e áreas internas sobre cobranças, notas e pagamentos.

Habilidades Técnicas Necessárias:

  • Experiência na rotina de faturamento e/ou contas a receber;
  • Conhecimento do sistema Protheus (TOTVS), nos módulos de faturamento e financeiro (contas a receber);
  • Conhecimento de emissão de notas fiscais (NF-e, NFS-e) e noções de tributação;
  • Conhecimento de conciliação bancária e rotinas de cobrança;
  • Excel intermediário (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/PROCX, filtros);
  • Ensino médio completo (desejável cursando ou formação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas afins).

  • Organização e controle de prazos;
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento;
  • Boa comunicação, com postura cordial e profissional na cobrança;
  • Proatividade e senso de urgência;
  • Trabalho em equipe e boa relação com outras áreas;
  • Ética e sigilo no tratamento de informações financeiras.

Perfil Desejado:

Profissional organizado, detalhista e responsável, com experiência em faturamento e contas a receber e domínio do Protheus (TOTVS). Deve ter boa comunicação para lidar com clientes e áreas internas, facilidade para cumprir prazos e rigor na conferência dos valores, contribuindo para a saúde financeira da empresa por meio de recebimentos bem controlados.
