  • Continuously update program logistics based on inputs from Program Managers (PMs) and clients
  • Manage instructor travel logistics end-to-end, including booking, tracking costs, and ensuring completion of required arrangements
  • Monitor travel budgets for clients with cost caps and flag overruns to Finance for review and approval

  • Create, update, and manage program surveys and compile final results reports
  • Assign and manage Poll Everywhere and Zoom accounts, ensuring accurate setup for each program
  • Prepare Zoom welcome materials and resources to share with clients
  • Schedule client and internal meetings as requested by Program Managers or Account Managers
  • Develop first drafts of client kickoff presentations and program review decks
  • Respond to operational “fire drills,” implementing solutions related to logistics, travel, or virtual program delivery
  • Maintain client program rosters and user access across systems including Dropbox and other internal tools
  • Oversee online only clients, from setting up their online group to direct client support as needed
  • Support ad hoc requests from corporate clients as needed

Regional Program Support

  • Support programs primarily across the EMEA region
  • Travel to client sites to support the execution of in-person training programs, particularly during the launch of large programs

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • A collaborative team player who is excited to have a dynamic role in a growing organization
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, business development, and account management teams
  • Passion and commitment to bringing the best financial services training resources to improve training outcomes for all our clients.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, operations, media relations or public affairs. Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management or private wealth management) is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
