Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Role summary: Data Ventures is entering its next stage of growth as the business expands across markets, products, banners, and a rapidly growing client base. As Sr Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead the evolution of the commercial operating model required to support that growth with greater predictability, lower friction, and increasing operating leverage. This leader will own the connective system across Revenue Operations, commercial performance and enablement, commercial systems and automation, client onboarding and transitions, billing, repricing, and broader lifecycle operations.

You will be responsible for defining how these capabilities work together across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from pipeline and commercial execution through client activation and ongoing revenue events—while establishing globally scalable processes, systems, governance, and automation. Success requires the ability to translate business growth and complexity into an operating model that can scale ahead of demand.

The Sr Director will lead a multi-disciplinary Commercial Operations organization and develop the leaders and capabilities required to support significant global growth, including expansion into new markets and current market client growth.

What you'll do...

Define and Lead the Commercial Operating Model

  • Establish the long-term vision and roadmap for Commercial Operations across markets, products, banners, and client segments.
  • Design an integrated operating model connecting commercial performance, enablement, systems, automation, client transitions, billing, repricing, and lifecycle operations.
  • Establish clear ownership, governance, and performance measures across the commercial lifecycle.

Lead Revenue Operations and Commercial Performance

  • Provide leadership for the Revenue Operations function, including pipeline management, forecasting, commercial planning, MEDDPICC discipline, commercial enablement, and commercial analytics.
  • Establish consistent global operating standards while maintaining strong market-facing Revenue Operations support for each market.
  • Strengthen commercial predictability through clear performance management, actionable intelligence, advanced analytics, and disciplined operating cadences.

Shape the Commercial Systems and Automation

  • Set direction for the commercial technology ecosystem, including CRM, sales tools, workflow automation, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Ensure Salesforce and connected commercial platforms operate as an integrated system rather than a collection of independent tools.
  • Establish a business led roadmap that prioritizes capabilities based on customer impact, commercial team productivity, operating leverage, revenue outcomes, and strategic value.
  • Champion workflow redesign and automation that reduce manual effort, eliminate unnecessary handoffs, and improve accuracy and speed.
  • Build the capability to apply AI and agents to recurring commercial and operational friction while establishing appropriate governance, measurement, and reuse.

Build an End-to-End Client Transition Capability

  • Define scalable pathways from commercial commitment through readiness, activation, billing, and ongoing lifecycle transitions.
  • Create clear milestones, readiness criteria, SLAs, exception paths, ownership, and end-to-end visibility.
  • Use onboarding and lifecycle telemetry to identify recurring friction and systematically eliminate root causes.

Modernize Revenue Lifecycle Operations

  • Provide leadership across billing, repricing, and associated lifecycle operations to improve scalability, accuracy, controls, and customer experience.
  • Connect commercial commitments and client changes more reliably to downstream operational and financial workflows.
  • Reduce dependence on manual reconciliation and exception handling through improved process design, systems integration, and automation.

Drive Enterprise Alignment and Transformation

  • Serve as a senior thought partner on how operating-model, process, data, and technology decisions affect growth.
  • Build alignment across organizations with different priorities and decision rights, often without direct authority.
  • Lead cross-functional decisions where commercial outcomes depend on coordinated changes across multiple teams.

Build Organizational Capability and Talent

  • Build and develop a high-performing organization capable of operating across commercial operations, analytics, systems, automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop Directors and Senior Managers as enterprise leaders.
  • Identify future capability and talent needs based on changes in the business, technology, and commercial operating model.

What you'll bring...

  • Deep experience leading commercial, revenue, or business operations in a complex, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to move from strategy to execution, designing scalable operating models while improving the day to day experience of clients and frontline teams.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, commercial technology ecosystems, workflow automation, analytics, and data-driven commercial management.
  • Systems thinking with a passion for simplifying the complex, building alignment across functions without relying on direct authority, and ability to translate insights into clear decisions and action.
  • Experience developing strong leaders, driving accountability, and building teams that improve how work gets done.
  • B2B SaaS, data/analytics, advertising, marketplace, or other recurring-revenue business experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication and ability to simplify complex operating problems into clear decisions and actions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
