Assistenz der Technischen Betriebsleitung (m/w/d)

Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Technischen Betriebsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Koordination technischer Aufgaben und Maßnahmen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen und technischen Terminen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Terminen und Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten, Investitionen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination und Dokumentation von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Störungen und technischen Kennzahlen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Übersichten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung, Qualität und weiteren technischen Bereichen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische/chemische oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung oder entsprechendes technisches Studium (Chemie, Chem. Technologie, Verfahrenstechnik)
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktions- und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und operativen Bereichen
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und den Überblick zu behalten
