Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und engagierten

Mechatroniker / Techniker (m/w/d)

Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme sowie laufende Betreuung von Produktions- und Verpackungsmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an mechanischen, elektrischen und pneumatischen Systemen
  • Systematische Analyse von Störungen sowie schnelle und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung an der Anlagentechnik
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Effizienz
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung, Anpassung und teilweisen Fertigung von neuen technischen Lösungen und Komponenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Dokumentation von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Schulung und Einweisung der Produktionsmitarbeiter/innen im Umgang mit Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung zur Minimierung von Stillstandzeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung oder Produktion von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrik und Steuerungstechnik
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
