The posting

Objetivo del Puesto: El Técnico en el Área de Garantía será responsable de diagnosticar, reparar, verificar y resolver los problemas relacionado a la inspección de las piezas. Este rol tiene como objetivo asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la inspección en el laboratorio de las piezas o equipos llevados por los técnicos. siguiendo los procedimientos y políticas establecidas por la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

Diagnóstico de Fallas:

  1. Identificar y evaluar las fallas mediante la inspección de tarjetas, motores, compresores o cualquier defecto de los productos que los técnicos lleven a inspeccionar.
  2. Utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico para determinar la causa raíz de las averías o problemas.

Reparación y Sustitución de Componentes:

  1. Realizar reparaciones o sustituciones de partes defectuosas de los productos, utilizando las piezas de repuesto adecuadas.
  2. Asegurarse de que las reparaciones se realicen conforme a los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la empresa.
  3. Sera responsable de verificar, hacer Scrap de máquinas que lleven al laboratorio o al área del almacén

Atención al Cliente:

  1. Interactuar con los clientes o técnicos que han solicitado servicios del laboratorio de garantía, brindándoles información clara sobre el estado de la pieza que llevo al laboratorio.
  2. Proporcionar soluciones eficaces y satisfactorias dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  3. Proporcionar orientación al técnico cuando llame para asesoría mediante llamada telefónica.

Gestión de Documentación:

  1. Mantener registros detallados de las reparaciones y los servicios prestados, asegurando que se cumpla con los procedimientos.
  2. Responsable de complementar la hoja de inspección.

Cumplimiento de Normativas:

  1. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y externas en cuanto a los procedimientos de garantía y las regulaciones de seguridad.

Requerimientos fisicos:
