Als IT Support Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en zorg je mee voor een stabiele en betrouwbare IT-omgeving. Als IT Medewerker, Helpdeskmedewerker of IT Support Medewerker neem je onder meer volgende taken op:

  • Je biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning bij incidenten rond hardware, netwerk, beveiliging en samenwerkingstools.
  • Je configureert, installeert en levert desktops, laptops en randapparatuur uit.
  • Je werkt mee aan het onderhoud van servers, back-ups en de netwerkstabiliteit.
  • Je neemt deel aan projecten rond de verdere ontwikkeling van de IT-infrastructuur.

Voor deze functie van IT Support Officer, IT Medewerker of Helpdeskmedewerker beschik je over:

  • Een bachelordiploma in Informatica of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Windows en Microsoft 365.
  • Goede kennis van netwerken (TCP/IP).
  • Kennis van Linux is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Frans en een zeer goede operationele kennis van het Nederlands binnen een tweetalige werkomgeving.
