The posting

  • 负责运动医学特定产品线的院内推广、销售及后续上量工作，配合团队完成区域销售目标，传递产品核心价值。
  • 根据客户手术排期及需求，提供基础术式跟台服务，协助临床医生熟悉产品使用，保障产品临床应用顺畅。
  • 筛选区域内潜力客户，建立客户目录，主动与医院科室负责人、临床医生建立良好合作关系，挖掘潜在销售需求，拓展新客户、新科室。
  • 配合团队完成产品宣传、学术推广等相关活动，收集市场及客户反馈，及时同步给上级及相关部门。
  • 配合完成报量续签相关工作。
  • 2025-2027届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，医学相关专业（临床医学、运动医学、康复医学、护理学等）优先，专业基础扎实。
  • 无工作经验要求，看重学习能力、沟通表达能力及抗压能力，有强烈的进取心和目标感，结果导向，愿意投身医疗器械销售领域。
  • 具备良好的亲和力、责任心及团队协作意识，做事积极主动，能快速适应医院场景及销售岗位节奏。
  • 认同公司文化，愿意服从区域分配，有较强的自主学习能力，能快速掌握产品知识及销售技巧。
