* Objetivo do trabalho: O Assistente Administrativo Financeiro proporciona suporte nas atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo a organização e o controle das transações financeiras. O trabalho envolve trabalhar em colaboração com as equipes para assegurar a precisão das informações financeiras e contribuir para a eficiência operacional. Além disso, busca constantemente melhorias nos processos para atender às necessidades dos clientes internos e externos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxilia na gestão de contas a pagar e a receber, garantindo que os pagamentos sejam realizados de forma pontual e que os recebimentos sejam corretamente registrados.

- Organiza e arquiva documentos financeiros e relatórios, permitindo fácil acesso e consulta conforme necessário.

- Apoia a realização de conciliações bancárias, verificando a precisão das informações e identificando possíveis inconsistências.

- Colabora na elaboração de relatórios financeiros mensais, contribuindo para a análise de performance e tomada de decisões.

- Mantém contato frequente com fornecedores e clientes para resolver pendências financeiras e fornecer informações quando solicitado.

- Participa dos processos de elaboração e controle do orçamento, apoiando na análise e monitoramento de despesas e receitas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em rotinas financeiras e contábeis, sendo capaz de compreender princípios e terminologias básicas do setor.

- Habilidade em comunicação, tanto escrita quanto verbal, para interagir efetivamente com colegas e parceiros externos.

- Conhecimento em ferramentas de informática, especialmente em planilhas eletrônicas e softwares de gestão financeira.

- Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes para garantir a precisão nas tarefas realizadas.

- Habilidade em resolução de problemas e manejo de informações financeiras de forma eficiente.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo; desejável técnica em administração, contabilidade ou áreas afins.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções administrativas ou financeiras, preferencialmente em ambiente de escritório ou em atividades relacionadas ao setor financeiro. Estágios ou experiências acadêmicas relevantes poderão ser considerados.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático: familiaridade suficiente com os processos financeiros básicos, incluindo contas a pagar e receber, conciliações e relatórios financeiros.
