* Objetivo do trabalho: O Supervisor Operacional é responsável por coordenar as atividades diárias da equipe, garantindo a eficiência e qualidade nas operações de suprimentos e atendimento ao cliente. O papel envolve supervisão direta das operações, visando a otimização de processos e a manutenção de altos padrões de serviço. Este cargo é essencial para o suporte à estratégia operacional da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

- Supervisiona a equipe operacional, garantindo que as atividades diárias sejam realizadas com eficiência e dentro dos padrões estabelecidos.

- Fornece treinamento e suporte aos colaboradores, auxiliando na resolução de problemas e promovendo um ambiente colaborativo.

- Analisa o desempenho da equipe, preparando relatórios periódicos e propondo melhorias nos processos operacionais.

- Interage com outras áreas da empresa, como técnia, adm, comercial e logística, para assegurar a sinergia nas operações e o atendimento às demandas dos clientes.

- Participa do processo de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores, além de contribuir para avaliações de desempenho.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em gestão de operações e suprimentos, com familiaridade nos processos de atendimento ao cliente.

- Habilidades de comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com diferentes públicos dentro da empresa.

- Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas, permitindo a identificação rápida de questões operacionais e a implementação de soluções.

- Conhecimento em informática, especialmente em ferramentas de gestão e controle.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo é requerido; formação técnica ou superior em áreas relacionadas (Administração, Logística, Gestão de Processos) será considerada um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em funções operacionais ou de supervisão na área de suprimentos ou atendimento ao cliente é um diferencial. Estágios ou experiências profissionais similares são aceitos.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático: Familiaridade com os princípios de gestão de operações, capacidade de entender e resolver problemas simples no dia a dia, como otimização de processos e atendimento ao cliente.
