Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un Contable Senior para asumir el día a día de la contabilidad y garantizar la fiabilidad del balance de una compañía consolidada en el sector de alojamientos turísticos en Barcelona. La persona seleccionada reportará directamente al Responsable de Administración y Finanzas, respondiendo a nuestro proceso de profesionalización del área y fortalecimiento del equipo para acompañar el crecimiento de la empresa.

Responsabilidades

  • Asumir la responsabilidad del ciclo contable completo bajo normativa española (PGC): periodificaciones, amortizaciones, provisiones y cierres mensuales/anuales.
  • Supervisar y coordinar al administrativo contable responsable del registro diario (facturas, movimientos bancarios, conciliaciones), asegurando la calidad de los datos en el ERP.
  • Gestionar la contabilidad analítica por segmento de negocio para reflejar con precisión el resultado de cada línea.
  • Revisar y sanear el histórico contable para mantener los libros en orden y preparar a la empresa ante requerimientos externos.
  • Preparar la información requerida para que la gestoría externa presente los modelos impositivos en plazo (IVA, retenciones, SII, etc.).
  • Controlar la tesorería y realizar el seguimiento de cobros y pagos.

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria en ADE, Económicas, Ciencias Empresariales o formación equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 a 5 años en contabilidad general bajo normativa española.
  • Solidez cerrando balances y capacidad analítica para estructurar la información y detectar descuadres.
  • Manejo de herramientas ERP y excelente dominio de Google Sheets.
  • Perfil meticuloso, ordenado, orientado al detalle y con alta capacidad de organización diaria.

Deseables

  • Experiencia previa en gestorías o asesorías trabajando con múltiples clientes.
  • Manejo y experiencia laboral con el ERP Odoo.
