¿Eres un experto en resolución de problemas técnicos y dominas los entornos Cloud? En We Are Tims estamos creciendo y buscamos a nuestra próxima pieza clave para garantizar la continuidad tecnológica de nuestros clientes VIP.

Si te apasiona el ecosistema Microsoft 365 y tienes experiencia "metiendo las manos" en Odoo, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás la primera línea de defensa tecnológica. No solo resolverás incidencias de IT tradicional, sino que actuarás como un filtro estratégico en nuestro ERP (Odoo), resolviendo incidencias funcionales y técnicas para asegurar que el negocio de nuestros clientes nunca se detenga.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Cloud & Admin: Gestionar Tenants de Microsoft 365, Google Workspace e Intune (políticas de seguridad).
  • Odoo Specialist: Atender tickets de soporte funcional y resolver incidencias de Nivel 2 siguiendo documentación técnica.
  • Helpdesk 360: Soporte remoto a usuarios finales en sistemas operativos y redes.
  • Gestión de SLAs: Mantener el sistema de ticketing impecable con una comunicación fluida y empática.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia técnica: Dominio real de consolas M365 e Intune.
  • ADN Odoo: Conocimiento funcional sólido (flujos de trabajo, navegación y configuración).
  • Capacidad analítica: Ser un "problem solver" que se apoya en la documentación técnica.
  • Soft Skills: Comunicación excelente (trato directo con clientes).
  • Infraestructura: Contar con equipo propio (PC/Laptop) y conexión a internet estable.

Condiciones del puesto

  • Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Desde cualquier lugar de LATAM).
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes, de 11h a 19h (Hora España ).
  • Incorporación: ¡Inmediata!
