Estamos en la búsqueda de talento para incorporarse a nuestro equipo, desempeñando tareas clave de Back Office Administrativo.

Detalles del Proyecto

Duración: Temporal (inicialmente 2 meses, con posibilidad de extensión según desempeño y necesidades del proyecto).

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9h a 18h España.

Honorarios Profesionales: En USD a través de la plataforma Ontop.

Principales Funciones

Gestión administrativa: Manejo de documentación y actualización constante de bases de datos.

Soporte operativo: Apoyo directo a los equipos de atención al cliente y operaciones.

Control de datos: Actualización y supervisión de información en Excel y sistemas internos.

Gestión de incidencias: Seguimiento administrativo y resolución de casos específicos.

Reportes: Elaboración de informes y apoyo en el análisis de datos.

Comunicación: Contacto con clientes y proveedores según los requerimientos del área.

Requisitos indispensables:

Experiencia previa en puestos administrativos, Back Office o Atención al Cliente.

Excel nivel medio – avanzado: Dominio de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y análisis básico de datos.

Alta capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.

Excelentes habilidades comunicativas (escritas y verbales).

Resiliencia para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.

Puntos a valorar:

Experiencia en empresas de servicios o entornos dinámicos.

Manejo de herramientas CRM o ERP.

Formación académica en Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Competencias Clave:

Proactividad y orientación al detalle.

Planificación efectiva.

Espíritu de trabajo en equipo.

Capacidad de adaptación a nuevos procesos.
