Lo que harás

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos escalables.
  • Integrar múltiples fuentes de datos (APIs, bases relacionales y no relacionales, sistemas en la nube).
  • Optimizar la arquitectura de almacenamiento y procesamiento para mejorar rendimiento y costos.
  • Asegurar la calidad, limpieza y consistencia de los datos para su posterior análisis.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Data Science, BI y desarrollo para implementar soluciones analíticas.
  • Monitorear y resolver incidentes relacionados con la infraestructura de datos.

Lo que buscamos

  • Experiencia sólida en ETL/ELT, modelado de datos y administración de bases (SQL y NoSQL).
  • Dominio de lenguajes como Python, Java o Scala.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de big data (Spark, Hadoop) y servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experiencia en orquestación de flujos de trabajo (Airflow, Luigi u otros).
  • Comprensión de arquitecturas de datos modernas (data lakes, data warehouses).
  • Habilidades analíticas, orientación a resultados y excelente comunicación en entornos remotos.

Lo que valoramos

  • Experiencia en streaming de datos (Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Conocimientos en DevOps y CI/CD aplicados a datos.
  • Experiencia en entornos de microservicios y contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés técnico.
