Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda de un Desarrollador / Consultor Técnico Odoo.

Misión del puesto: Liderar la ejecución y entrega técnica de los proyectos de implementación del cliente. Serás el motor de desarrollo, encargado de traducir las necesidades de negocio de nuestros clientes en soluciones robustas, automatizadas e integradas dentro del ecosistema Odoo, garantizando siempre la máxima calidad del código y el cumplimiento de los plazos.

Responsabilidades principales:

Ejecutar proyectos de implementación y personalización sobre los diferentes módulos de Odoo (V15 en adelante). Desarrollar y configurar flujos complejos, con especial foco en el módulo de Contabilidad y finanzas. Diseñar y programar automatizaciones de procesos de negocio para optimizar la operativa de los clientes. Crear integraciones robustas entre Odoo y herramientas de terceros mediante APIs (REST/XML-RPC). Garantizar la calidad del código, las buenas prácticas de desarrollo en Odoo y la estabilidad de las puestas en producción.

Requisitos técnicos y habilidades:

Experiencia técnica sólida y demostrable en desarrollo Odoo (Python, XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript). Conocimiento profundo de la estructura de datos de Odoo y su ORM. Experiencia real implementando y adaptando el módulo de Contabilidad de Odoo a normativas locales o necesidades específicas. Solvencia en el consumo y creación de APIs para integraciones. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, orientada a objetivos y entregables.

Valor añadido (Deseable): Conocimientos prácticos en la integración de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (ej. APIs de OpenAI, automatizaciones con IA) dentro del entorno Odoo o procesos de negocio

Condiciones de contratación:

100% remoto

Horarios: Lunes a viernes de 11:00 a 19:00 (Hora España).
