En Wearetims nos encontramos en una fase clave de expansión internacional y estamos en la búsqueda para un proyecto global abierto la incorporación inmediata de profesionales en nuestra área de ingeniería.

Estamos buscando Desarrollador/a de Software de todos los niveles (Junior, Mid y Senior) que quieran integrarse a nuestras células de desarrollo activas, formar parte de nuestro ecosistema global y liderar los próximos lanzamientos de la compañía.

¿A quiénes va dirigida esta búsqueda?

Buscamos ingenieros, desarrolladores y mentes técnicas con sólida capacidad de autogestión y pasión por resolver problemas complejos, con experiencia en proyectos que involucren alguna de las siguientes tecnologías o similares:

  • Backend Engineering: Experiencia deseable en tecnologías como Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, PHP o Go.
  • Frontend & UX Development: Experiencia deseable en frameworks como React, Angular, Vue o TypeScript.
  • Fullstack Versatility: Perfiles ágiles que dominan y conectan de extremo a extremo ambas capas del desarrollo (Manejo de stacks combinados como MERN, Java/React, Python/Angular, entre otros).
  • Mobile Ecosystems: Especialistas en soluciones móviles de alto impacto, tanto en tecnologías nativas (iOS / Android) como en entornos híbridos o multiplataforma (Flutter, React Native).

Lo que buscamos en nuestra cultura técnica:

  • Sólido entendimiento de algoritmos, estructuras de datos y buenas prácticas de código (Clean Code).
  • Mentalidad orientada a la autonomía, la comunicación asíncrona y el trabajo por objetivos.
  • Capacidad de adaptación para integrarse a equipos multidisciplinarios y metodologías ágiles.
