Buscamos un perfil híbrido que no solo audite resultados, sino que sea el mentor de nuestros nuevos ingresos y garante del éxito del equipo.

Tu enfoque principal: Excelencia Operativa: Auditoría de procesos y cumplimiento de estándares para asegurar un servicio de primer nivel. Liderazgo en Onboarding: Acompañar a los nuevos ingresos en sus primeras semanas, asegurando una integración técnica y humana impecable. Cultura de Mejora: Detectar brechas de capacitación, dar feedback constructivo y elevar el desempeño humano. KPIs con Propósito: Transformar la data en planes de acción que mejoren la rentabilidad y la satisfacción del equipo.

Requisitos: Residencia actual en Caracas (Indispensable). Conexión estable y equipo propio para modalidad 100% Remoto. Profesionales en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o áreas afines. Experiencia previa en manejo de equipos, seguimiento de procesos de aprendizaje y auditoría.

Condiciones del cargo: Residencia: Caracas (Indispensable). Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Home Office). Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM. Compensación: Pagos en USD ($) bajo la modalidad de honorarios profesionales a través de Ontop.
