Buscamos un Especialista de Soporte al Cliente con conocimientos en Contabilidad Bilingue ingles C1

Horario España:

L-J 9h-18h | V 9h-15h

Horario Paraguay:

Lunes a jueves: 5:00 am a 14:00 pm

Viernes: 5:00 am a 11:00 am

Nuestro Cliente es del rubro tecnológico creador del sistema Holded en España

Tu rol seria ofrecer un soporte increíble a los clientes mostrando gran reactividad en la resolución de preguntas relacionadas con la contabilidad que puedan tener.

Educar a los usuarios sobre cómo gestionar mejor su negocio con todas las herramientas que ofrece Holded.

Identificar problemas de forma proactiva antes de que surjan.

Trabajar de forma transversal con los equipos de Ventas y Producto.

Mantener un seguimiento de los comentarios de los clientes y sugerir mejoras.

Asegurar que se brinda el mejor servicio a los clientes.

Requisitos del Puesto

Sobre ti:

Español, en inglés (¡IMPRESCINDIBLE!).

Tienes una Licenciatura/Grado (Administración de Empresas o similar).

Tienes un sólido conocimiento de contabilidad y/o finanzas.

Tienes una actitud proactiva.

Eres un nativo/a digital.

Eres capaz de aprender rápidamente sobre diversos temas.

Puntos extra fantásticos:

Tienes experiencia trabajando como Contable y/o en una Big 4 o similar.

Tienes experiencia trabajando en una empresa SaaS (Software as a Service).

Eres capaz de realizar múltiples tareas (multitask).

Eres una persona amable y sociable.
