7. Resumen del puesto:

Buscamos un/a Gestor/a de Cobros de Facturas Vencidas para incorporarse de inmediato a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar la cartera de clientes con facturas impagadas o vencidas, asegurando la recuperación de la deuda en los plazos establecidos, manteniendo una relación comercial adecuada y minimizando el riesgo de impago para la empresa mediante el cumplimiento de KPIs específicos.

8. Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de facturas vencidas, priorizando por antigüedad e importe de deuda.
  • Contactar con clientes morosos por teléfono y email para negociar el cobro inmediato y acordar planes de pago si es necesario.
  • Registrar y actualizar en el sistema (ERP/CRM) el estado de cada gestión, promesas de pago e incidencias.
  • Coordinar acciones de recobro con los departamentos de facturación y legal.
  • Elaborar informes diarios de morosidad, antigüedad de saldos y efectividad de la gestión de cobro.
  • Cumplir con los KPIs establecidos de tasa de recobro y reducción de morosidad.

9. Requisitos

  • Formación o experiencia previa en Administración, Finanzas o roles similares.
  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de cobros y recobro de deuda.
  • Manejo de herramientas ERP y registro de gestiones en CRM.
  • Conocimientos básicos sobre procedimientos de reclamación de deudas.
  • Alta constancia, resiliencia, paciencia y tolerancia a la presión dada la naturaleza del rol.
  • Orientación a resultados, capacidad de organización y seguridad personal.
