En We Are Tims, estamos buscando un/a Especialista en Gestión y Operaciones para un rol clave: liderar el ciclo de vida del programa Kit Digital.

Tu misión será actuar como el nexo crítico entre el equipo comercial, los clientes y la plataforma oficial de gestión, asegurando que cada hito administrativo se cumpla con precisión impecable.

¿𝗤𝘂𝗲́ 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮́𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹? Gestión Administrativa: Liderar el proceso de formalización de acuerdos en la plataforma, administración de pasarelas de pago y validación de documentos. Control de Datos (Masterfile): Registro riguroso y actualizado de expedientes, garantizando la integridad de la información para reportes críticos de la compañía. Ejecución y Justificación: Elaborar expedientes de evidencias técnicas y coordinar la emisión de facturas con el equipo financiero. Seguimiento y Soporte: Actuar como punto de apoyo estratégico para Account Executives y guía para clientes finales.

¿𝗤𝘂𝗲́ 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗶? Residencia: Obligatoria en Venezuela. Dominio Técnico: Nivel avanzado en Excel/Google Sheets (indispensable para la gestión de datos). Soft Skills: Organización extrema, orientación absoluta al detalle y capacidad para manejar plazos críticos (deadlines). Experiencia: Capacidad para mantener registros precisos en entornos de alto volumen.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼: Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Home Office). Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 (Hora España). Compensación: Pago bajo modalidad de honorarios profesionales a través de Ontop. Fecha de inicio: A partir del 1 de mayo.
