¡Estamos buscando Coordinador/a de Administración y Finanzas!

¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás la persona responsable de garantizar que los procesos administrativos y financieros funcionen como un reloj suizo, con especial foco en la gestión de liquidaciones, facturación y control de información clave para el negocio.

Tus desafíos principales:

-Liquidaciones: Preparar y auditar los ingresos mensuales de propietarios, asegurando que cada reserva y gasto esté correctamente imputado.

-Gestión en Odoo: Registro de facturas de proveedores y control de ingresos/gastos en el sistema ERP.

-Conciliación: Cruzar la información de plataformas (Airbnb, Booking) con nuestros registros y movimientos bancarios.

-Cierre Contable: Ser el puente con la gestoría, preparando la documentación necesaria para los cierres mensuales.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

-Profesionales con experiencia en administración, finanzas operativas o contabilidad.

-Dominio de Excel / Google Sheets (Indispensable).

-Manejo de sistemas ERP (Indispensable).

-Personas autónomas, analíticas y con capacidad para gestionar múltiples flujos de datos.

-Bonus track: Si tienes experiencia en Hospitality o Property Management, ¡queremos conocerte!

Condiciones de contratación:

100% remoto

Horario Lunes a viernes de 12 a 20 hrs España
