The posting

Somos We Are Tims, una firma especializada en conectar talento latinoamericano con empresas internacionales.

Buscamos un SDR proactivo y orientado a resultados, con capacidad para conectar con leads calificados, generar oportunidades comerciales y alimentar el funnel de los Account Executives. Ideal para perfiles con experiencia en prospección B2B, comunicación efectiva y gestión de herramientas CRM.

Funciones:

  • Realizar alrededor de 12 llamadas por hora a cuentas previamente prospectadas.
  • Agendar 2 reuniones de calidad por hora con potenciales clientes.
  • Asegurar que al menos el 50% de las reuniones generen un seguimiento a corto plazo dentro del funnel comercial.
  • Registrar actividades y resultados en el CRM.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para optimizar la calidad de los leads.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa como SDR o Inside Sales (ideal en entorno B2B).
  • Habilidades de comunicación y persuasión en alto nivel.
  • Organización, enfoque en resultados y dominio de herramientas digitales

Pago: USD por App Ontop Mensual Modalidad: Remota Horario: 13:00 a 21:00 (hora España)
