Resumen del puesto

Buscamos 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) para sumarse al equipo comercial en plena fase de apertura del mercado en LATAM. Las personas seleccionadas serán responsables exclusivamente de ejecutar la fase de contacto telefónico a partir de listados de leads previamente cualificados, teniendo como objetivo principal generar conversaciones efectivas y agendar reuniones comerciales para los mercados de Argentina, Colombia, Chile y México.

Responsabilidades

  • Llamar diariamente a los listados de leads entregados por el equipo (Apollo y Lusha) para abrir mercado.
  • Cualificar el interés del prospecto durante la llamada y realizar un manejo eficiente de objeciones básicas.
  • Agendar y coordinar reuniones comerciales efectivas para el equipo de ventas.
  • Registrar cada llamada y su resultado de forma consistente en los sistemas internos del equipo.
  • Mantener un ritmo de actividad alto, constante y enfocado en objetivos a lo largo del mes.
  • Escalar feedback al equipo sobre la calidad de los listados provistos o patrones de objeciones recurrentes.
  • Colaborar de forma estrecha con el resto de SDRs para compartir aprendizajes y optimizar el pitch comercial.

Requisitos

  • Ambición real, orientación a resultados y enfoque en la métrica de reuniones agendadas.
  • Alta resiliencia, excelente actitud ante el rechazo y tolerancia a la repetición en llamadas comerciales salientes.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en la franja horaria comercial de LATAM.
  • Comunicación verbal clara, persuasiva y natural al teléfono.
  • Perfiles con energía constante, capaces de mantener el ritmo de ejecución día tras día sin necesidad de supervisión constante.

Deseables

  • Experiencia previa como SDR o en posiciones de llamadas comerciales masivas / telemarketing.
  • Familiaridad o experiencia en el manejo de herramientas como Apollo y/o Lusha.
  • Experiencia previa contactando o prospectando mercados específicos en Argentina, Colombia, Chile o México.
