Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un Sales Development Representative (SDR) para sumarse al equipo. La persona será el primer punto de contacto de los clientes potenciales, encargándose de guiar y acompañar a los futuros asegurados durante toda la fase de contratación de sus pólizas de coche y hogar mediante un enfoque consultivo y ético, apoyándose en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar la conversión.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el primer punto de contacto de las personas interesadas en contratar, resolviendo sus dudas a través de teléfono, chat en vivo, WhatsApp o correo electrónico.
  • Acompañar al cliente durante toda la fase de contratación de sus pólizas de coche y hogar, entendiendo su situación particular.
  • Explicar las coberturas y condiciones de forma sencilla, facilitando la elección de la opción que mejor encaje con sus necesidades.
  • Cerrar ventas con un enfoque consultivo y no agresivo, priorizando que el cliente entienda lo que contrata frente a la venta impulsiva.
  • Utilizar herramientas de última generación de venta asistida con Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para optimizar la conversación en tiempo real con datos y respuestas sugeridas.
  • Identificar fricciones en el proceso de contratación y oportunidades de mejora para implementar soluciones que aumenten la conversión.
  • Coordinar con otros equipos internos (Producto, Operaciones, Suscripción) para la resolución de casos complejos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas (comercial, telemarketing o SDR).
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, empatía natural y escucha activa.
  • Orientación a resultados mediante una venta ética y de asesoramiento.
  • Comodidad o adaptabilidad para trabajar con herramientas digitales y entornos tecnológicos.
  • Disponibilidad para cumplir el horario de nocturnidad asignado: 9:30 - 18:30 (Horario de España).

Deseables

  • Experiencia previa en el sector de seguros o entornos InsurTech / SaaS.
  • Conocimiento o experiencia en el manejo de CRM y herramientas de venta asistida por IA.
