Oportunidad: Sales Development Representative (Portugués)

¿Te apasiona el sector del alquiler vacacional y tienes un don natural para la persuasión honesta? Estamos buscando un SDR con nivel nativo o avanzado de portugués para unirse a nuestro equipo de Closers y liderar el crecimiento en el mercado luso.

Detalles del Puesto

  • Modalidad: Jornada Completa (Full-time).
  • Horario: Entrada a partir de las 12:00 (Hora España).
  • Honorarios: En USD vía Ontop.
  • Duración: Contrato de aproximadamente 1 año.

Tu Misión: ¿Qué harás?

Tu objetivo principal será generar ventas de alta calidad para alcanzar nuestras metas de expansión. Trabajarás mano a mano con nuestro equipo de ventas utilizando HubSpot.

  1. Gestión de Ventas: Realizarás demos online personalizadas, atacando directamente los "puntos de dolor" del cliente.
  2. Seguimiento Estratégico: Gestionarás listas y tareas diarias, priorizando llamadas de cierre y maduración de prospectos.
  3. Optimización: Mantendrás un flujo organizado de contactos para asegurar que ninguna oportunidad se pierda.

Perfil Buscado: Requisitos

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años como comercial consultivo telefónico.
  • Idiomas: Portugués nativo o nivel excelente (C2).
  • Agilidad Mental: Capacidad para adaptar el discurso y argumentar soluciones creativas en tiempo real.
  • Soft Skills: Persona positiva, resolutiva, organizada y con gran capacidad de convencer desde la transparencia y la pasión.
  • Conocimiento del sector: Experiencia previa en el mercado de alquiler vacacional.
  • Orientación a resultados: Motivación intrínseca por trabajar bajo objetivos y visión de negocio.

Valoramos positivamente (Plus)

  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Experiencia previa con HubSpot (gestión de negocios, chat, métricas y plantillas).
