¡Oportunidad Remota Full Time en LATAM! Buscamos un/a Social Media & Creative Content Specialist

¿Te apasiona el contenido que rompe el molde y genera engagement real? En We Are TIMS estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a crack para amplificar nuestra voz en redes sociales y consolidarnos como la empresa que conecta al mejor talento remoto de LATAM con el mundo.

¿Qué harás en este rol (y por qué es emocionante)?

  • TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn: Serás la mente maestra detrás de nuestro contenido creativo y estratégico para estas plataformas. ¡Libertad para innovar!
  • Diseño Power: Crearás piezas gráficas y audiovisuales que enganchan (Reels, carruseles, microvideos, stories, infografías, ¡todo!).
  • Estrategia B2C & B2B: Generarás contenido aspiracional que atrae talento (B2C) y apoyarás campañas de awareness, storytelling y Employer Branding (B2B).
  • Calendario & Performance: Gestionarás el calendario editorial y analizarás el performance mensual para maximizar el alcance y el crecimiento.
