Buscamos un perfil polivalente para la gestión, coordinación y satisfacción de las necesidades de los clientes asignados a Ventas Internas. La persona será responsable de la búsqueda de los mejores suministros y proveedores con criterio de calidad-precio, realizando el seguimiento del ciclo completo de aprovisionamiento. Además, se encargará del registro de pedidos de venta de clientes en el ERP y de las compras a proveedores de dichos productos.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión y ejecución de ofertas, pedidos de clientes y su respectivo seguimiento.

Consulta y negociación de precios y plazos de entrega con proveedores homologados.

Coordinación de los requisitos especiales del producto a comprar y seguimiento continuo de la cartera de pedidos para alcanzar objetivos.

Estudio y gestión de previsiones de compra por cliente TOP o Key Account en conjunto con Ventas Externas.

Análisis de las necesidades de compra, planificación a corto y largo plazo, y lanzamiento de pedidos al proveedor homologado más beneficioso.

Búsqueda de proveedores eficientes, solicitud de presupuestos y elaboración de comparativas para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

Control de la evolución de los stocks, supervisión de la calidad de los productos adquiridos y gestión de la documentación de compra.

Atención, transmisión y gestión de reclamaciones, incidencias y devoluciones de material.

Coordinación constante con el Departamento de Logística.

Requisitos:

Experiencia real en suministros industriales, distribución técnica o fabricación de maquinaria, idealmente en oficina técnica o puesto similar.

Conocimiento de producto mecánico: transmisión de potencia, piñones, poleas, rodamientos, cadenas, correas, motores, reductores y otras partes mecánicas de máquinas.

Conocimiento en lectura e interpretación de planos mecánicos de taller y mecanizado.

Ofimática y ERP a nivel avanzado, específicamente Microsoft 365 y sistemas de gestión.

Rigor y organización para el seguimiento de pedidos, ofertas, previsiones y stocks.

Orientación al cliente interno y externo con alta capacidad de coordinación.

Deseables:

Perfil capaz de combinar tareas de gestión comercial con tareas de aprovisionamiento, asumiendo la parte repetitiva y operativa del proceso.

Alta capacidad de adaptación para asumir un proceso de aprendizaje largo y formación local.
