Als CRO Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat bezoekers van wefashion.com eenvoudig vinden wat ze zoeken en met plezier hun aankoop afronden. Je duikt in data, ontdekt waar klanten afhaken en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen in de customer journey. Van homepage tot checkout: jij onderzoekt wat werkt, waarom het werkt en waar kansen liggen.

Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s binnen E-commerce, Marketing, Tech en met ons digitale bureau. Jij verbindt data en inzichten aan concrete verbeteringen. Je ontwikkelt hypotheses en zorgt dat A/B-testen goed worden opgezet, uitgevoerd en geëvalueerd. Met jouw analyses maak je inzichtelijk wat werkt en welke vervolgstappen bijdragen aan een betere online ervaring.

Je kijkt verder dan cijfers alleen. Je denkt mee over oplossingen en kansen om de customer journey steeds verder te verbeteren. Daarbij zoek je continu naar manieren om processen slimmer, efficiënter en schaalbaarder te maken.

Je bouwt mee aan een structurele testroadmap, deelt inzichten met het team en stimuleert dat we steeds meer datagedreven beslissingen nemen. Zo maken we wefashion.com iedere dag een stukje beter.

Waar jij impact maakt

  • Je brengt kennis van CRO, UX, E-commerce of datagedreven optimalisatie mee via relevante werkervaring en hebt ervaring met conversieoptimalisatie.
  • Je kunt hypotheses opstellen, A/B-testen opzetten, uitvoeren en evalueren en zorgt voor een goede statistische onderbouwing van resultaten.
  • Je analyseert data en gebruikersgedrag en vertaalt inzichten uit bijvoorbeeld heatmaps, session recordings en gebruikersfeedback naar concrete verbeteringen in de customer journey.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd aan meerdere experimenten, stelt prioriteiten binnen een testroadmap en gebruikt AI om analyses, hypotheses en prototypes sneller te ontwikkelen.
  • Je vertaalt resultaten naar heldere business cases en communiceert deze duidelijk met verschillende stakeholders en disciplines.
