Wir suchen einen SEO Manager, der unser Affiliate-Portfolio operativ vorantreibt und gezielt weiterentwickelt. Du arbeitest direkt mit einigen der größten Publishern der Welt zusammen, und deine Arbeit wird sich schnell in den Zahlen zeigen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst zwei zentrale Bereiche: Du steigerst den Umsatz bestehender Affiliate-Websites und unterstützt gleichzeitig dabei, neue Websites von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-live aufzubauen. Von Keyword-Clustering und Content-Strukturen über die Koordination verschiedener Stakeholder bis hin zur Umsetzung bist du eng in den gesamten Prozess eingebunden. Jedes Google-Update, jeder neue Markt und jedes Gespräch mit einem Publisher bietet dir die Möglichkeit, direkt Einfluss zu nehmen.

Bei WLX ist SEO keine reine Support-Funktion, sondern ein entscheidender Wachstumstreiber. Wir haben die Ressourcen, das Management-Backing und das praktische SEO-Know-how, um Dinge wirklich umzusetzen. Und anders als in einer Agentur gehören die Projekte, an denen du arbeitest, uns: eigene Websites und Projekte, die wir in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den größten Publishern der Welt betreiben. Das bedeutet echte Verantwortung, messbaren Impact und keine Kundenbriefings.

Das wirst Du tun

  • Umsatzwachstum auf bestehenden Affiliate-Websites vorantreiben: Du entwickelst und implementierst langfristige SEO-Strategien und übernimmst die Verantwortung für On-Page- und Off-Page-Maßnahmen, die einen messbaren Unterschied machen.
  • Rankings auf wichtigen Money Pages verbessern und sichern: Du führst Content-Audits durch, arbeitest mit Intent Mapping und optimierst CTR sowie die Sichtbarkeit in SERP Features auf unseren wertvollsten Seiten.
  • Backlink-Kampagnen steuern: Du entwickelst und setzt Linkbuilding-Strategien für mehrere Affiliate-Websites um und arbeitest dabei mit Agenturen, Foren und Outreach-Partnern zusammen, um die Domain Authority nachhaltig zu stärken.
  • Neue Affiliate-Websites live bringen: Du verantwortest Keyword-Clustering, Topic Mapping und Content-Strukturen auf Basis von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und koordinierst die relevanten Stakeholder, um neue Websites von Grund auf aufzubauen und live zu bringen.
  • Schnell auf Veränderungen reagieren: Du analysierst die Auswirkungen von Google-Algorithmus-Updates, findest heraus, was passiert ist und warum, und entwickelst einen klaren Plan zur Wiederherstellung des Traffics, ohne dich in der ganzen SEO-Geräuschkulisse zu verlieren.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Umfangreiche SEO-Erfahrung mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Expertise in den Bereichen On-Page und Off-Page SEO sowie nachweisbaren Erfolgen beim Aufbau von organischem Wachstum in größerem Umfang.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und die Sicherheit, mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachen zu arbeiten.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und starke Priorisierungsfähigkeiten. Du weißt, welche Maßnahmen wirklich etwas bewegen, und kannst deine Entscheidungen mit Daten untermauern.
  • Eine proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Bereich und wartest nicht darauf, dass dir jemand sagt, was als Nächstes zu tun ist.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, flachen und unternehmerisch geprägten Startup-Umfeld wohl.
  • Erfahrung im iGaming- oder Affiliate-Marketing-Umfeld ist ein Plus.
