Die Galoria Financial Services bildet den gesamten Verwaltungsapparat der Gruppe ab: Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Einkauf, Personal und Recht, IT.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Kontenklärungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Finanzbuchhaltungen
  • Abwicklung des Mahnwesens
  • Mitwirkung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und dem Controlling
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie betrieblichen Steuererklärungen
  • Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden
  • Mitarbeit bei Sonderprojekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit DATEV und DATEV-DMS sowie in der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen für GmbHs und GmbH & Co. KGs nach HGB wünschenswert

Wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung:

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien von Vorteil
  • Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter
