Die Galoria Financial Services bildet den gesamten Verwaltungsapparat der Gruppe ab: Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Einkauf, Personal und Recht, IT.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung betrieblicher Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für die Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden
  • Mitwirkung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und dem Finanzcontrolling
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und steuerlicher Vorgaben
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Buchhaltungs- und Rechnungswesenprozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten
  • Anwendung und Pflege des DATEV-Rechnungswesens

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder ein vergleichbares betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Steuern
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
