What will you do?

As a Medior Tech Talent Partner, you’ll embed directly into the in-house TA team of one of our high-growth partners, to help them attract and hire top technical talent. You will get to immerse yourself fully into the partner's culture, to provide advice on all recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality results across all recruitment functions.

What you will work on:

  • Executing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the specific hiring needs
  • Communicating with hiring managers to define desirable skills for the assigned roles
  • Using creative, effective sourcing techniques, especially for niche roles
  • Managing job posts, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages
  • Using metrics to analyse pipeline efficiency
  • Identifying hiring process inefficiencies and proposing solutions

What you bring to the team:

  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, with a good knowledge of various technology roles including their skill set
  • You’re proficient in sourcing, attracting, and hiring for various tech roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools
