Estamos em busca de um Analista de Compras Júnior para integrar nosso time. O profissional será responsável por cotações, negociação de contratos e saving, ERP Sapiens, cadastro de fornecedores e KPIs de Compras. e muito mais!

O que você fará:

  • Conduzir cotações e concorrências, desde o apoio às áreas no escopo e na especificação até a homologação de novos fornecedores.
  • Negociar preços, contratos e termos aditivos de baixa e média complexidade, buscando saving.
  • Emitir pedidos e contratos no ERP Sapiens.
  • Controlar contratos e aditivos (saldos, prorrogações e rescisões) junto com o Jurídico.
  • Atender os clientes internos e apoiar o cadastro de fornecedores no ServiceNow.
  • Gerar relatórios e KPIs de Compras, como saving, lead time, cobertura contratual e principais fornecedores.
  • Apoiar a análise de gastos (spend analysis) e as melhorias de processo.

Quem você é:

  • Tem graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas afins.
  • Tem de 1 a 2 anos de experiência em Compras, Suprimentos ou Contratos.
  • Tem Excel avançado
  • Negocia bem, tem visão analítica e se comunica com clareza.
  • É organizado e lida bem com várias demandas e prazos.
  • Inglês avançado.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Conhecimento prévio em sistemas Senior Sapiens, TOTVS, Jira, ServiceNow ou automação de processos.
  • Morar em Florianópolis ou região
